    After the opening day, with the participation of authorities, Tinatin Margalitadze (director of EMLex at Ilia State University), and Idalete Dias (director of EMLex at Universidade do Minho and organizer of the summer semester), the Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani students participated in a joint activity with Idalete Dias. They visited Guimarães, the birthplace of Portugal.

    The inaugural session of the 2nd semester of EMLex will take place on 25 February in the ELACH Auditorium (Escola de Letras, Artes e Ciências Humanas - UMinho) and will feature an opening lecture by Professor Tinatin Margalitadze of Ilia State University on the Georgian lexicographer Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani, after whom this edition of the Master's is named. There will also be presentations of projects developed by EMLex alumni.
