Internship

EMJM-EMLex is the only master programme worldwide that offers an international bi-annual academic training of 120 ECTS in the realm of lexicography. In addition to the necessary theoretical foundations, practical lexicographic work plays a major role in the academic training. It takes place in internships that students complete after their second semester, amongst others at our partner organisations and partner companies. These do not only include dictionary publishing houses, but also universities, research institutions such as Institut für Deutsche Sprache (IDS), ATILF, and language technology companies.

As EMJM-EMLex students often speak more than the two required languages English and German, internships can be done all over the world.
